We might go to a small group.. (what do yuo think?)

Okay so here's my idea... everyone is not being acitve, so Why don't i pick out the acitve oens and keep then. but delete the unactive ones? and we can dub all songs, wich i will custom color code? ( it sounds good to me xD) Have you guys heard of sugoigirls? it's liek that group. they custom color code, since they only got 6 members.

And we will re-name the group too. I already have name ideas listed below -

its a good idea. except it really resticts who can be in it & not. but if people aren't dedicated to it then yeah, there ain't no harm in that ^_^

lol yeah. We cant do any dubs if there is people in that dub and there not even being active, or doing their lines.

I really like this idea. I do another fandub group (not Sugoigirls, but it's fairly new) that does this, and it works out nicely. That way, everyone gets an equal amount of lines, or at least some singing parts in every single, and everyone can sing in each single. I think that while you should give people a chance to be active (maybe giving them some time, emailing them and PMing them), this is probably the best idea.

What my other group does that I really like, is that while the whole fandub group does the songs with the larger groups (Morning Musume and we also do AKB48), we have three smaller groups: one for girls with cuter sounding voices, to do stuff like Berryz Koubou, Mini Moni, W, etc., one for girls with mature sounding voices, to do songs by groups like Biyuden, GAM, etc., and one for girls with more moderate voices that do a bit of everything (that I'm in), and our first single had Buono, Melon Kinenbi and Nochiura Natsumi. This gets smaller shuffle groups in on it, too.

Of course, I'd like to keep working on my solo stuff as Goto Maki, but that could be separate from the rest of it.

Yeah. i send people mail. and liek i tell them i need there lines, but alot ignore me.

Also, the smaller groups are good for assigning color-coded lines, just so you know what kind of part to give people. Just thought I could add that.

if some member don't will be active the project don't will work (how happend with my own project XD)

i say this for experience, in my own project, i give deadlines, and i replace the deadlines for give more time to the members >_< but still don't work...

if you wanna that this project work, you have to take several desicion (like delete the innactive members)

My fandub that I do does that as well. I have two groups of four and most of the songs are color-coded and unless the lines in the song are already fair. Sorry that I haven't been really active but I plan to be active more often.
